We need neck forming in producing CNG cylinders from tube& plate , and bottom forming in the way from tube by hot spinning machine. Thus forming process is important stage and this machine is called column for producing CNG cylinders. Main expendable items in this machine is forming roller that is high influence on the quality of forming . observables properties for forming roller are high heat resistance , toughness , heat fatigue resistance , hot wear resistance . also it should has good conditions in machining , polishing , hardenability , accessible , low price and long working life . In this research , are perused aforesaid ingredient and are introduced best steels and their heat treatments for forming roller by searching and tentative plan .
